In 2017 I left my home of almost a decade, Salt Lake City, Utah, in a moving van. I was on my way to Silicon Valley and my boyfriend. By the end of my first month there, I was pregnant and married!
That year, Rowan made me a mom. A role I feel I was destined for. I’m not perfect and it’s not always easy but I still think it’s the greatest thing ever (for me anyway; being child-free is great too!).
In 2018 we left California as a family of three and moved to my husband’s native country of Korea. After living there for just over a year, I had another baby, Mason.
Which basically brings us to the present. I’m writing this with a 5 week old sleeping on my chest!
These days, I’m a stay-at-home mom. In the past I’ve worked as a receptionist and youth mentor for teenagers on the Autism spectrum. If I still lived in the US, I would want to pursue a career in nursing (or interior decorating? maybe real estate? or event planning!?) I’m kind of still figuring out what I want to be, other than Mom.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’d love to hear from you!
